Would love to make these date fields useful – can anyone help?

    Hi Ciaran,
Sorry to hear you’re having the same issues I had – very frustrating!
Unfortunately I’ve already setup and launched my site using Memberpress. I’m keen to hear if you and iThemes find a solution to the issue – in case I need to use the plugin in future, but for now I’d just like iThemes to return my money!
Best of luck with it, I hope iThemes are helpful from here on in and help you find a solution to get Exchange working with TPP.
    Cheers
    Kate

    Hi Ciaran,

Sorry for not getting back to your post! No, we did not end up resolving the issue with Exchange.

I first lodged a ticket about the issue on the 27 Nov – was told by support a day later to contact my host (without offering any other solutions or thoughts on the issue). Which I did. Netregisty/TPP (same same!)

On the 9th Dec I responded to Exchange to let them know the host had replied saying:
    ——————————
I have tested the settings on every other plugins and only itheme exchange came up with the error. I have also sent this issue to a senior tech and he advised that the issue lies within the plugin itself and there is nothing wrong on our end.
Have you previously used/ installed this plugin on any other website before? If yes, was there any similar error? What I would recommend is tio contact the plugin company and ask them what the error actually means then get back to us so that we can investigate further for you.
    ——————————-

Then, after a few other back and forths, Exchange asked for the URL to my site…turns out they hadn’t event had a look at the issue themselves!!!! I was really disappointed at their service, and the fact they didn’t take the issue seriously.

I had to get my client site working asap, so ended up purchasing a licence for the Membership plugin ‘Memberpress’ (https://www.memberpress.com/) which has great support and the plugin works with no issues on TPP/Netregisty cpanel hosting.

Ciaran – Did iThemes resolve the issue after you contacted them? Or did you have to change web hosts?

Elise – it would be great if you could revisit your refund policy on this one, because I have no use for the Exchange membership product if it does not work on my hosting (which is very commonly used hosting in Australia).

    Thanks,
    Kate

    Hi Barry,

Unfortunately this does not work. I have also tried using the default permalink settings and that does not resolve the issue either.

    Any other ideas?

    Cheers,
    K

Great – thanks, this box was already ticked in settings->Media.

Attempted to crop the thumbnail 150×150 and it worked fine. Seems this is the only dimension working.

Any ideas on how to get the other image/thumb sizes working again?

I took out the image (as it was loading the image from the home page of sites, rather than the particular URL) so no longer needed the table layout. Took out all the table layout elements, and have lost the white space issue.
But I wonder if this is an issue? For others using tables I mean?
Not me – I’m all good now. Thanks for your help!

All that does is remove the description from each entry. The large white space remains up the top.

Thanks for your help Yannick, have loaded a screenshot of the sub-field table here:

Have used another Branded login plugin instead (‘Branded Login Screen’).
