I had the same problem and the trick is to use the full URL in both fields.
https://example.es/pageFrom/ >> https://example.es/pageTo/
Also good to note this plugin requires to be explicit about your URL. So check carefully if your site uses a slash at the url or not. /pageFrom is not considered the same as /pageFrom/
