Thanks – I have tried reinstalling MAMP. It didn’t help.

If I use the other option, can you explain how I would go about extracting the data? Again – I don’t need to use the database, I was just wondering if there is a method where by I can extract the text from the database so I don’t have to completely rewrite the posts.
