I just created pages with post blocks for each category instead of the automatically created category archive, and that worked.
I’ll give that a try, thank you.
OK, I’ll rebuild the form and make sure i manually make duplicates of any form i edit in the future.
I think a warning on the form edit page that changes are being made live and are irreversibile is in order, when i see an update button i expect no changes to save until i press it!

Doing a little testing on this, every change i make to a form goes live WITHOUT clicking the Update button. Borders, field additions and removals, everything.
What on earth….? Why would you design a form editing system that way???Same issue. Also tried everything here, including akunkel’s workaround.

I’m trying to make a purchase decision, this feature is critical. I’ll go see if there’s a money back guarantee.
Follow up: I’ve gotten the long/lat coordinates for every member address, so can use those instead of the addresses, if the system is designed for those.

EDIT: I disabled and re-enabled everything and it works.

Thank you SO MUCH!!! That did it.
Now I see that the issue is that it only loads for logged in users, not for anonymous submissions. (
Same here, but only on our public submission form, and only sporadically 🙁
