Update, I disabled all plugins and the scan ends here:
Error at 0/5161 (0%): Request Timeout
Still nothing in the PHP error log

I have the latest version of the plugin. Debug.log shows no recent errors.
I’m having the same issue.
I have this same problem. The email lists the products purchased without issue, but the error is the same:
