@edanzer Thanks a lot again for good work in a short time: 5*
1st: Tested in a test environment (freshly installed WP, restored my complete site to this fresh installation, deinstalled 2.2.18, installed 2.2.20):
fine & OK, galleries & album working as usual.2nd: Working website http://www.rieglerbuch.at
(Hosted at easyname.com, Austria, PHP 7.1, 20+ Plugins) …As above:
I deactivated and deinstalled ngg 2.2.18,
then installed 2.2.20 and activated it.
All the galleries + my only album are still there and work:Thumbnails are displayed,
the lightbox works fine & as usual.
I don’t use the slideshow regularily, therefore can’t tell too much about it,
however:
Turned on the slideshow link: a slideshow can be selected & works.
(Can’t tell if as usual, but it seems so.)Everything is up & running: FINE, thanks a real lot for your efforts!

TypeError: tooltip_content is undefined[Weitere Informationen] slimstat.admin.js:330:1Sorry for the inconvenience:
I did clear the browser cache of my recent Firefox twice before posting … and reloaded the admin page.
However, I cleared it again, no changes.
After that I used MS Edge and then Opera to log in (which I had not used for that purpose beforehand): same result, as described. No access log. And, the audience / users chart is empty as well (no data at all: no old and no rececent data).

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] No Visitor ActivitySorry to have to come back.
I’ve got a similar issue: Visitor Activity / Access Log empty.
After the install of 4.7.2.1 the menu with all previously colected data was back.
However, almost no recent data were collected – exception: a few searches. A few visitors show up in the overview graph as well (considerably less than expected), but, as mentioned, the access log is empty.Went through the settings dialogue several times but dind’t find a clue, switched to client tracking mode and back to server mode without changes in behavior, async mode is and was off. Tried to activate the new city tracking mode; as there were no changes showing up switched back to country mode, deinstalled and reinstalled the MaxMind GeoLite library.
Could you please be so kind as to tell me how to get access data back?

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Doesn’t work@coolman, thanks for coming back to me.
There has been a main menu link to Slimstat (free version) 4.7.1 with submenu items (access log, overview and so on), but this main menu / sidebar link is gone with the update.
There has been as well a single overview graph in the WordPress dashboard / start page, which is gone as well.
–> No sign of Slimstat in the menu, only the “installed plugins” list says
”
