I reinstalled the plugin and it seems to have corrected the problem… I don’t understand why it’s working now since I have reinstalled yesterday also.

Checking again using Xpresspost and I am seeing a $7 difference even when selecting all the options from Canada posts website… This wouldn’t be an issue if the customer didn’t have direct access to double check the shipping costs themselves. Last thing anyone wants are complaints about over priced shipping.
