I’ve already thought about that, I’ve even turned off the server cache and the cache plugin (Siteground) for two full days and the amount of users reporting the error was great.
The user clears his browser caches if it is solved, but only for a few hours, then it appears again.
It is impossible for me to ask more than 6000 users to clear their caches every two or three hours to solve the situation.
I am working on a new login for my website with another plugin, when I finish implementing it I will stop using this one and I will cancel the subscription to the plugin in its pro version.
