Ok, after deleting the LinkLibraryGeneral in wp_options and reinstalling the Plugin its almost working correctly.
The bad thing is that still no setting or stylesheet updates are being saved.
Any Ideas?

Found it, but after deleting still no reaction after doing changes and saving. Weird.

Sorry, no reset-button and no reaction after saving the changes in the editor.
Now searching in the wp-options table for the link library entries.
