Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/………./httpdocs/reevaluate.ie/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2009/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

Also I give to permissions on FTP.
but parent directory is not creating.
Yearly directory is creating but monthly is not creating.
