Thanks Steve, I removed it. just by Deactivating the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin, and it’s gone now! But how did you find that line: <body ….>
<!– Pinterest Pixel Base Code –>\n<noscript>\n , just for me to track my errors ? Did you use the inspect option on Chrome browser?

Ooh, I think I have tried to link it through a 3rd party app! But the question now is, how to remove that?
