Nothing really happens just because you install it. After install you will notice 2 new menus in your WP sidebar, one in Posts menu (Automatic posting) and one in Settings menu (Autoposting settings).
You can leave the Settings default and go to Automatic posting menu.
There you will need to create some “rules” (based on RSS, Articles directories or Yahoo Answers) that will basically instruct the plugin where to look for content, what kind of content to look for and where to post it. After that will run on it’s own, based on the rules you set.
Each rule has it’s own particular options, based on source (if is RSS, articles or Yahoo Answers) but there are also common parts. I find it pretty self explanatory. A manual could be useful, hope they will make one soon.
