In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Contact Form Randomly Stopped WorkingI ran into a similar issue after updating to the latest WordPress version and updating plugins this week.
Updating my ReCaptcha v2 to v3 and changing out both keys seemed to work. If you have Flamingo, go ahead and tag some of the messages as spam/not spam to help the spam filter come up with an accurate rating.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Support for AMP Pages on Contact Form 7I would love to see Contact Form 7 work with AMP. It’s the one thing holding me back from publishing AMP pages for several clients.

In reply to: [GigPress] Great AppI didn’t even realize there was a shortcode for it already. Problem solved. You guys have thought of everything. Much obliged!
Even after the most recent bug update to 4.0.5, I’ve encountered problems with being banned. However, being webmaster of 10 sites means I’ve worked out a flow.
Here’s what I’ve found:
1) If you had 404 Error Detection set up on WP Better Security before the update, delete your plugin and delete all of the data.2) Install a fresh copy of the ithemes security plugin
3) When it asks you to automatically set up security with the popup,
don’t. Hit the dismiss link at the bottom righthand corner to opt into manual configuration.4) Immediately go to your dashboard and whitelist yourself, because the plugin will record any changes you make as 404 errors as it hides weaknesses.
Do this for both the Lockout Whitelist and the Ban Users Whitelist.
5) DO NOT enable 404 protection. Neither of the whitelists will protect you from being locked out. The plugin author will likely need to give this feature it’s own whitelist for it to work properly.
6) Then you can turn on the other features one at a time. Everything else works pretty well.

In reply to: [WP-Spreadplugin] Can this plugin be used along within woocommerceThimo, I’d love to see a plugin that integrates Spreadshirt into the Woocommerce market on my site. Best part being, you could easily charge $49-$79 for your app, which is what most of Woocommerce’s extensions go for.
I plan to sell e-books on my site, and it would allow me, as an indie author, to sell my works and merch in one place, which would be ideal.
Either way, thanks for building such a great app!
I think I’ve narrowed the problem to the 404 error detection feature. Even though I’m whitelisted as admin, I keep getting banned. For now, I have the feature disabled.

In reply to: I suddenly can not save any html to my blog posts…Imullerdesigns is right. I’ve been having this problem on my GoDaddy hosted WordPress sites since last August. (This is funny, because my testing sites all work on Bluehost just fine.)
I called GoDaddy and asked them to whitelist me on ModSecurity, and they refused. Said it’s against their policy. They told me all they could do for me was turn on my error logs, have me deactivate my themes and plugins, and that’s all they could do.
She also said any saved passwords in your browser could trigger the ModSecurity settings to think you’re a spambot. Apparently, even when I’m writing a blog post and uploading pictures on my own website, that’s “suspicious” behavior.
Being a web admin and all, that really definitely doesn’t fly.

In reply to: [ContestHopper for WordPress] Form Field and Join Button "Crushed"Thanks! That did the trick!

In reply to: [ContestHopper for WordPress] Form Field and Join Button "Crushed"I’ve tried removing the image, using a thinner image header, changing where the image displays, using no image at all… the form fields are still crushed. I’ve also tried resizing the window, but that makes no difference. I’ve cleared the site cache, nothing.
I pulled up the page on Firefox, Chrome, and mobile, and they all display the same smushed lettering in the form fields.
I imagine the fix for these form fields and the join button would be in one of the mini CSS templates?
Which CSS items would I need to edit to change the size/display of the text in your form fields and “Join Now” button?

In reply to: Since 3.6 Update, I can no longer redirect to other pagesI should mention that the redirects (seperate from the on-page JS & HTML capture) in SEO Yoast have also been blocked. Even after clearing the cache and replacing the redirect URLS, WordPress insists on redirecting to old pages that it is no longer being instructed to send people to.
To clarify, I managed to get it to work after a fresh download with nothing else activated. When I install my theme, white screen of death. This doesn’t happen if Jetpack is not activated.
