It looks like the issue is solved.
After the update I tried to edit the black background of every second row but that was not possible. Selecting a color didn’t change anything.
I then added rows after the last row and saw that one by one the upper rows cleared the black background. Once all used rows were “reset” I deleted the newly added rows.
I haven’t tried to create a new table but for now it seems to work as intended.

It was time to edit the table and unfortunately the problem is still there.
It looks like import/export as XML has been removed also, so I’m stuck with black rows now 🙁

Same problem here. I renamed the plugin directory and was able to roll back to 2.2.5.

In reply to: [Proxy & VPN Blocker] No databaseIt is strange indeed as the other website that runs on the same server does have the database entries. The configuration for both WP installations is identical although they run different themes and the other one runs more plugins.
Is there some kind of problem I would run into if I export the table from the working site into the database of the non-working site (specific entries that rely on the API key or something)?

I removed the plugin again deleting all settings and re-installed but this didn’t solve anything.
Any ideas?

So at least there’s no “leak” but it seems that spammers or hackers are using the plugin’s /members page to get a list of usernames.
The moment I noticed what happened (login attempts from changing IPs around the word) and before finding out where the logins were harvested I send out a mailing to our registered users to make sure they have unique and strong passwords and use 2FA.
At least it’s now clear that no important info got out.
