In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Analytics shows different data to ReportsThere are 3 options for one to choose from – Date created, Date Paid and Date completed, this is because of the different user needs.
I understand, but my point is that “Date created” should be the most common of the three and thus the default.
Does repeating the process to import historical data yield similar results?
I’m unsure and not really wanting to complicate matters by attempting it again.
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Analytics shows different data to ReportsOkay, yes, I think the first step did the trick.
Shouldn’t “Date Created” just be the default though?
The reporting charts seem to skip some months, like jumping from October to January and not showing any data for the months between. Even if these months were 0, they should still show on the chart, otherwise it’s confusing to use for any serious reporting.
For now, I’m probably going to just use the old reporting as it’s much better, hopefully that isn’t removed for a while, at least while analytics isn’t all that great.
Also, when the little green or red squares show in the analytics, the text is black, so there’s not enough contrast and it’s hard to read the %. This would be better if the text was white.
When I ran the import historical data, it gives me strange results like
Imported Registered Customers 50 of 31
How can 50 of 31 be imported? That doesn’t make any sense.
Thanks

In reply to: [Pods SEO] WooCommerce Product Category Custom FieldJust checking in on this.
Where should I see this option?
My guess is, the classic option has been retired, and the only option there now is actually the advanced option from before.
Does it track the “Add to cart” event on variable products for you? For me it only tracks on simple products.

In reply to: [Pods SEO] WooCommerce Product Category Custom FieldI’m not seeing that anywhere? Can you share the steps to find that?
I’m inside Pods and looking at the custom taxonomy fields but I don’t see any options that mention “SEO” and I did Ctrl+F to search the page on each screen.

In reply to: [Central Color Palette] New Owner! :)Great news Tessa.
Is there any ETA on when the next update might be?
Cheeky, I know 🙂
I found the issue.
This content type was being registered and then deregistered. I removed the deregistered part and then I was able to hide them in Yoast.
Hi @maybellyn,
Yes but
a) It doesn’t seem to exist as a post type or taxonomy, so what else could it be?
b) It doesn’t show as an option to turn on or off under Yoast’s settings for whether it should be indexed or no indexed.
So it’s as though Yoast doesn’t detect it on the back end yet it’s creating a sitemap for it on the front end.
The plugin isn’t on the plugin repository but you can download a copy from https://we.tl/t-4kDQh2YpTZ
Thanks
Update
When I use a plugin like Pods, to see all post types and taxonomies snax_collections doesn’t even appear under either.
So maybe it’s not a post type or a taxonomy.
In which case
a) Why is Yoast creating a sitemap for it?
b) How can we exclude it completely?
The Snax plugin devs are completely unresponsive and after messaging them for the last 9 months, I haven’t heard back.
The client needs this plugin for some functionality but I don’t understand why Yoast is creating this XML sitemap.
Please advise.
Just following up on this to see if others can replicate the issue. I think I notice it on every site.
Really? It doesn’t tell you that you aren’t using the keyphrase in the slug?
You did add a focus keyphrase right? You have to do that for it to analyze.
In the reading settings, I have it set so the “Home” is the homepage and “Blog” is the Posts page.
That’s the correct way to set a static homepage and a page called “Blog” as your posts page.
Do you need any other info?
That’s a shame. I was excited to try this plugin but guess I’ll go back to Simple CSS/JS and Code Snippets.
