I’ve disabled the Ocean Extra Plugin and now have access to the header. but now I cannot disable to page title from being viewed … ??

I appreciate your time, but that is incorrect. As mentioned, the objects do not appear on mobile at all. Empty space. I am actually amending this now using a different plugin- but I prefer yours! So I’ll leave it up for a short time for you to test.
