In your case, the request you initially submitted mentioned server errors, which is why we tried to help by offering solutions commonly known to resolve them.
We also suspect that recent changes made by ShipStation, including the requirement for a Gold plan to use their API, may be contributing to the issue. However, since the primary focus was initially on server-side errors, this wasn’t clearly identified earlier. We will continue to explore this angle with you.

Thanks for reaching out! The free version of our plugin uses ShipStation’s API v1, which doesn’t include that particular capability. Our PRO version, however, is built on API v2 and does support it.

This plugin can split an order into multiple orders based on shipping class and display a customized Thank You page listing the new orders. It also sends separate emails for each sub-order.
