Thanks I understand. My problem is that their contact site is really bad – it only allows me to contact them by creating a ticket. But to create a ticket, you need to be logged in. Like in my post above, I have the problem that I cannot log in, and their Password reset does not work. That effectively means that I cannot contact them and I don’t see an Email from them…

Could you please make an exception and allow me to ask them in the thread about this? I need this sorted out by them quickly as it affects our business.
