I enable both options and I have done a test transaction with a sandbox account, but the transaction was not marked as shipped. Any suggestions?

It’s working now. That’s weird;
Yesterday, I went crazy trying to fix it, Some clients also complained they couldn’t pay.

I uploaded the logs file
Some info:

• API credentials were created and entered manually on the plugin, No Webhook URL was Created on PayPal
• Order was received on the latest version of the plugin, 9.0.21
• Order Not marked as shipped on PayPal.

Products has been set as virtual, after getting some orders, the transaction on PayPal still not marked as shipped.

What else i can do please?
