Thanks Serge.
Use Static keys for JS check was set to On.
Set Cookies was set to Store date in the website database.
The only thing that was not set as you directed was the Unique GET option. It was off. I changed that to On, saved the settings and cleared the cache.
I also verified the cache setting is 1440 minutes.
I’ll check the logs to see if there any more legitimate users being blocked.Forum: Plugins

Excellent. It works perfectly.
I appreciate you making this fix and alerting me.I will mention in my NW Valley Phoenix WordPress Meetup that you were responsive to my request, and you provided a great experience with your product/support.

In reply to: [Temporary Login Without Password] Outstanding PluginWhen doing client support, the standard way to get access to the admin dashboard is the client creates an admin user and sends the info.
I always ask them to supply a username and password, but many prefer to just create the user and send the link for me to create the password.
I need to click the link in the email, create the password, and check email again
that the password has been updated and then login.
That means several emails before I gain access to the site. With Temporary Login Without Password, it’s just one email and 1 click, and I’m in.
It also gives peace of mind to the client that the admin user access will expire.
It has saved me a lot of time by avoiding the back and forth to get the info out of the client.
I use it nearly every day.
You plugin is outstanding.
