    Hi Jay,

    Thanks so much for your careful support with my issue. You are appreciated!

    I tested the code in my current version and it doesn’t work so I went back to the code I have been using, but I imagine it is intended to work with 2.0.19?

    In terms of Categories – I imagine that when I use Categories it lists all of the FAQs one after another, correct? If so, I don’t think this will work for me for many of my pages. If you look at how I have laid out this page: https://thecalm.ca/tool-kit/community-action-ideas/principles I use each accordioned FAQ as an individual heading, with the FAQ in shortcode followed by a short description and an image, so that folks can get a little or a lot of info and choose to click on the FAQ or not. Is it possible to do this with Categories without getting into a lot of complicated coding : )?

    I am so sorry that this is not cut and dry. Maybe you can see a workaround for this that I can’t .

    Hi Jay,

    Here is an update. I updated Visual Composer with no problem. Version 1.9.12 of your plugin was working great as was everything on the site. I then updated your plugin to Version 2.0.19 and had the exact same issue as before. The accordion function and the Custom CSS were not working. All settings were accurate. Here is the Custom CSS: `.ufaq-faq-title-text h4 {
    font-family:Helvetica, sans-serif;
    color:#678309;
    font-size:22px!important;
    }`

    I have now reverted back to Version 1.9.12 : ( My last attempt at action will be to update my version of WordPress tomorrow. FYI – the theme I am using is Dara.

    Have a Good Evening if it is evening where you are : )

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for your responses.

    I was not able to get the Settings in Version 2.0.19 to “work”. (Any changes I made were not being registered.) I have no idea why Version 1.9.12 was deactivated – quite strange as I am the only Admin and it is a secure site, and I monitor all logins, etc. Luckily I had a backup that was recent, but done before Version 1.9.12 spontaneously deactivated. So what you are seeing now is what my site looked like before that happened : )

    I am now going to update another plugin (Visual Composer) which I suspect may be causing the problem. If that goes smoothly, I will take another backup, then attempt to update your plugin to Version 2.0.19 and see if it works. If it doesn’t, I will need to go back to Version 1.9.12.

    Further to your reply to my other post – I do not have a staging site. If I still have problems with 2.0.19 after updating Visual Composer (fingers crossed I do not : ) could we perhaps move between backups to see what is happening?

    Thanks Again ~ Oona

    Hi Jay~ Thanks for your quick reply. The strange thing is – I don’t have the Expand All/Collapse All Option enabled (if turquoise is enabled, grey is disabled as I presume.) The only three options I have enabled under Settings are Scroll to Top, FAQ Accordion, and Display “Back to Top”.

    Also- where do I have it set to start with all FAQs open? I don’t see that option in Settings at my end at all.

    I have also just made a change to the font colour and size under Custom CSS and nothing has changed. I have not yet updated to WordPress 5.7.2. Could this be causing an issue? Should I deactivate then reactivate your PlugIn to see what happens on my End?

    Thank you for your response, sacredpath. I woke up this morning with this same thought. Great to know that the featured image script is in the header.php file. I’m not so sure about what changes would need to be made to the script but I will do my best to figure it out.

    Warmly,
    Oona
