This has been fixed in the latest version – 3.77.0, which was released 1 day ago.
Looks like you guys found the issue and repaired it. (But, if you still want to see the issue, let me know. But, it had been broken for the two previous versions…yuck)

This is correct. And if we remove the bounce email address, it works again. This happens with the current and previous versions.
We did a bare install of WordPress, use local sending, and no other plugin, theme, etc.
I have verified there is a bug.
Basically, whatever email address is placed in the “Bounce” section of Mailpoet, is used as the sender. This was tested on a fresh install of WordPress and only mailpoet installed with the default theme.
So, lets say the domain is mymail.com, and in bounce you add “[email protected]”, it will use this email address as the sender, and ignore any settings or configurations.
NOTE: This is when using local sending. If WP SMTP is installed and you use SMTP, it did not fix the issue. The “bounce” overwrites whatever the sender data is there as well.
This seems…serious. It can be replicated in the new version, and the previous version so far.
I am unsure what happens if you are using a sending service, but, if your emails are not being sent, I would check the bounce option in settings.
Yes…though I am stuck. We bought the developer version, and is installed on a ton of clients websites. It is horrible, and we have already replaced it.
But, we can’t replace all installs at this time, so my hope is they TRY to fix something.
Continued issues. Looks like an update happened today, which helps some other problems.
But, when on the appointments page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bookingultra&tab=appointments)- Trying to delete an appt provides this in the console…
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”
And this error still exists…since the beginning…
“jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined”
This plugin is seriously broken. When is that update coming? You said you were releasing it today (but that was almost 3 weeks ago…)

Thank you. I was able to find a work around…called Divi Switch. It creates shortcodes out of Divi layouts you can then add to the popup. Works like a charm.

I am the host (WE are a hosting company actually). We run a custom solution for our customers. We use Litespeed and we are Cloudflare partners. We also have the cloudflare plugin installed on the site to help with cache purges after site updates.

I am having an increase in other countries accessing the site now. I actually think your plugin has stopped working.
I will continue to monitor and review where they are coming from. So far I have seen France, Vietnam, Amsterdam. …and IPV4 and IPV6…so no common theme here either.
I will update when I have more info.
Please note…it could take weeks…or even months… to get help. I suggest using an alternate plugin.
Agreed. ZERO support is what it looks like. Do not buy.
I want to add in my report for Divi. We have successfully used it in the past. But, the most recent version has a z-index issue.
When we add the search widget either via the sidebar module in divi or as a shortcode, it falls behind everything else.
If we disable theme compatibility it works, but of course it means we need to restyle it. I want to keep some of the styling…
Can you investigate?

so, even though it still exists in the plugin, I suspect there has been no development or fixes then.
