    I’m having the same issue now on my forms with a plugin error upon submit. On the home page, I just found a note from Zack Katz in December, 2016 saying “This has been transferred to another plugin author; they will be updating the plugin soon.” Wish we knew who the new plugin author is. I’m thinking they’ve dumped it 🙁

    I think there’s a bug in the plugin. I saw another post the same, and I had a similar Fatal Error message of:

    Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/55/2730855/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1535

    Brian, the way I got into my website was to go through PHPMyAdmin and deactivated all my plugins. Then I am able to get into my website. I haven’t yet reactivated my WooCommerce plugin pending a (hopeful) resolution to this problem. Hope that helps at least get you back into your site.

    I am getting the exact same error message

    Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data02/55/2730855/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1535

    I was not even able to get into my WordPress site. Had to deactivate all my plugins to get back in.
