Hmm, I wasn’t checking the php file more attentively — there are more changes in it… Not so easy to explain in just a few lines of code. 🙁

Plugin is no longer maintained by its original author, unfortunately… You may try to replace your simple math spam protection with the Quiz plugin:

— works in a similar way and if you don’t overcomplicate it, may suit you pretty well. Try it.
I just made one simple question (“The sum of 2+1?”) and one simple answer (3 or three), and that’s it…
I will see if it works well…
I am testing QUIZ right now.
I just modified it a little bit, since I prefer it very simple, so I inserted the plugin code in my theme manually (the question), and commented a couple of lines in the plugin.
For now, works pretty well. 🙂
