@mmuro I had the same issue with the plugin not handling an ampersand or space.
Here’s a modified version of your plugin with that issue resolved – it uses the category slug for form element IDs instead of the category name. May also have fixed the same-name problem (since it now uses the slug), but I haven’t tested that. Anyway, hope you don’t mind 🙂
