    Hey,
    I use contains because it’s the domain for user_email.
    If I use is equal to one of, it wouldn’t match if it wasn’t the full email address: [email protected]

    Hey Tony,
    The web host has like a MultiPHP function in their cPanel so I had to change it there.
    Since then I have tried restoring the site twice using 3600 and 7200s and both failing:

    Although it looks like it says 2 minutes or something, the restore task is terminating long after 20-30 seconds.

    Is there a way to fix this or is there a way to do it manually?
    The clients site has been down for many days.
