This is what I got on fresh installation.

I can make the send button appear with a bit CSS. But I’m pretty sure it’s not the best way.

Hi,
Thank for your response.
You’r right ! Worked fine with Outlook. But not with gmail in it standard version ! I think 99% of my users are using gmail in standard version.
Can you please help with this ?
Where can I create a ticket ?
