Ok, Thank you. I am sorry if this may seem basic, but does this mean I cannot add members to my site that have private access to certain pages? Profile builder seemed to be working but it will only work if I can get members access. Thank you,

Hi, which plugin? According to what I can see the plugin is activated. I was able to go through the motions of customizing some things, but can’t see any changes.
