    Hello @monavandu

We’re happy to let you know that it has been resolved in version 1.6.5 of Pro Mail SMTP.

The Outlook / Microsoft 365 redirect URI has been updated — it no longer contains a query string and is now fully compatible with Azure’s redirect URI requirements. Simply update the plugin, copy the new redirect URI from the Outlook setup form, and paste it into your Azure app registration.

Please update the plugin and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks again for reporting this issue.

Best regards, Pro Mail SMTP Team

    Hello @monavandu

You are absolutely right. Microsoft Azure’s policy against query strings (?) in Redirect URLs is the current blocker for your setup.

We are currently re-engineering our authentication flow to support “Clean URLs” that comply with Azure’s requirements. This fix will be included in our next plugin update.

We appreciate your patience while we resolve this compatibility issue.

    Best regards,

    Hello @toddmckee
Thanks for reporting this. Right now our “Other SMTP” setup requires SMTP authentication (username/password), so unauthenticated corporate relays are not supported yet. We’re considering adding an optional “No authentication” mode for trusted internal SMTP relays.

    Best Regards.
