I don’t see why not, you can make a 820 x 145 jpg with MSPaint, if you can’t do the same with Irfanview you might want to look into using a better image editor.

Hmm…what to do what to do, have you maybe, just maybe…tried running the install?
I use Subtle, it’s not only one of the best WP themes I’ve seen, but it’s also 3 column and widget ready.
