Thanks for the response and video; we actually run ssl already. We did find a weird script (below) that hackers inserted which seems to be the issue. But going to look into our SSL as well – thanks!

@jbellissimo – did they tell you what the issue was with your FTP at GoDaddy? We’re having the same timeout/ can’t login to WP issues while we wait to hear back from DreamHost.
