During my initial setup I was using Deutsch (Schweiz, Du) which seems to be de_CH_informal when I understand correctly.
I agree with @swissspidy that the setup should work with any language – of course taking into account the fact that the translation was not always done 100% and some details are therefore not translated.

I have no third-party code or plugin installed related to set my site language. My WordPress dashboard → Settings → General, is showing Deutsch (Schweiz, Du).
Meanwhile I switched to English (United States) and finished the setup wizard. Everthing went fine so far and I was able to switch back to de_CH_informal.
Btw. I have no clue about the difference of de_CH_informal and de_CH.
I can only reinforce my review above. When changing the wordpress template recently, I forgot to assign the map category.
WPExperts support fixed it and helped me a lot – great job, my website is working again!
Everything’s fine, the WP Multi Store Locator team resolved my issue.

@mlfactory, Sie antworten weder auf meine E-Mail Support-Anfrage vom 21.10.2021, noch auf weitere Bitten, mir bei meinem Problem zu helfen (27.10. und 13.11.2021). JETZT nach 3 Wochen kommen Sie mir hier mit der Aussage, ich hätte das Plugin falsch konfiguriert.
Warum erhalte ich als Kunde, der Ihr Plugin immerhin bezahlt hat, keine Lösung???? Ich erwarte daher genau diese Lösung, gerne per Email. Ich bin gespannt und gerne bereit, die 1* Bewertung entsprechend zu korrigieren.
