In reply to: [Shipping Rates for HK Post] Release 1.2.0 – Update for rate revisionAs far as I know the postage calculator always worked correctly.
The rates rendered by your plugin have improved, but still some differences, eg:
– 800grams to the USA should be hkd 137.4 with e-Express, not 102.7.
– 800grams to the UK should be hkd 133.4 with e-Express, not 83.60Regards,

In reply to: [Shipping Rates for HK Post] Release 1.2.0 – Update for rate revisionAfter this update the rates are still wrong, often half of the real rate.
For example your plugin renders hkd 43.80 Hongkong Post e-Express Service for 80g to Germany while the rate at the post office is hkd 99.2.
Yes, I remember seeing the great improvements of the new version. I checked 2 delivery services and they were shown correctly twice, but 50 other times not.
I think the problem started when I changed the country on the checkout page. In this case the shipping seems to be recalculated (some signs of refreshing) but nothing happens, the rate of the previous country is still shown.
1. Yes store location is set to HK with full address.
2. Yes. Previous version with only one service (iMail) works fine now.
3. YesAll my products have weight. All countries I sell and ship to are serviced by HK post

I rolled back your plugin to version 1.0.0 and it solved the problem (and upgrading to 1.1 again broke it).
It’s ok now. But not sure because of your update or because yesterday I had removed the “Ship to” column to shift the 3rd column to the left . Thanks.
Version 2.7.2
Hi Alex,
Did what you asked. With the &output=html the 鰂 is rendered well on screen, as it does in WooCommerce. But not in the PDF, even after a hard refresh and using another browser.
However, when I copy paste the tofu block into a text editor it shows correctly!
( I”m using the newest WP version 5.4.2–zh_HK, updated plugins on linux PCs. )

This is the top of my style.css. Does this help ?I’m afraid that earlier I tested the wrong character. It’s “鰂” that isn’t showing. I’ll post this issue on your support forum now.
Dear Alex, because of your reply here above I upgraded PHP 7.3 to 7.4 and upgraded your plugin from 2.5.0 to 2.5.1, before testing once more. And I was going to post my 2 problems separately on your forum. BUT. To my surprise both have been solved. I’ve increased the star rating. Thanks.
Sorry Cory, I’m not sure you’re right this time. My hosting company allows me to install on different subdomains on different domains perfectly.
It seems duplicator is confused about not being able to differentiate from the source location. So I will rename that local directory after each upload next time to see how that goes.
But this isn’t an important issue anyway. Thanks
