    Hello Joseph

from my hoster support I got the following answer:
“We have sent the post and run the server logs. We did not find any error there. In the browser we have generated a har file and there we only find the source test for the imagify spinner (this throbber).

The firewall also looks OK, using SSH and curl I get the corresponding URL called. The most sensible thing would be if the imagify support could activate debug logs to possibly narrow down the cause.”

I can start the test pluigin (or the “real” one) so that you can have a look at your logs – or do you have another idea?

I can also send you the .htaccess file as a pm, which does not look suspicious.

    thx and greetings Thomas

    Hello Joseph

    Thx for your fast answer

I will ask my hoster, but I wouldn’t want to open the firewall completely.

Do I understand correctly that incoming POST requests from your server to my server need to be opened?
Do you have an .htaccess entry that fits exactly for your application so exactly for imagify to solve this problem? Or in case of doubt, a global one?

    greetings Thomas
