Thank you for the feedback. We have backlogged it, and will address this in the next plugin version. The redirection will then not happen, if the plugin had already been previously set up.Feel free to always turn directly to our support (chat on our website), if you have any questions. 😊

Hello! 👋
Yes, the Community plan has been replaced with a Personal plan, which includes 3 site slots. At the same time, the entry level Developer plan was made more affordable for people looking to protect their sites.Thank you for pointing this out.

In reply to: [Patchstack - WordPress & Plugins Security] Peace of mindHey 👋
Thank you so much for your review! 😊
You are correct – Patchstack is super lightweight. In fact, it has the lowest possible performance impact. We ran some benchmarks – loading Patchstack with 100 virtual patches (which is unlikely in the real-life scenario as we deploy rules dynamically only when a vulnerability is present).

This error can be happen due to different reasons:
1. Most of the time it’s about users using the same API key across multiple sites
2. It can also happen, when salts of your WordPress have been changed, so the API key in plugin is not rendered
3. It can also happen, when TLS 1.2 is turned off in your server
Let me know, if this helped. If it didn’t please turn to support. 😊

In reply to: [Patchstack - WordPress & Plugins Security] Restrict REST API issueHey!
This seems to be rather specific case as we don’t block the JSON API by default. Please turn to our live support on our website so we could investigate this further. 🙂
