Hi thanks for getting back to me
It was suggested by LearnDash support that I contact you guys as I’m using the tool kit (which is great by the way!) to see if you could offer any insight into this issue.
So I’m going round in circles now. I’ve tested the theme and all the plugins switching them on and off (including yours) to see if there is a conflict but there doesn’t seem to be a problem with either.
Can you suggest any other area that I could test.

Hi,thanks for getting back to me.
That is the full error message. And yes I’m reinstalling on the same server.
I was testing the plugin to make sure I could get it to restore properly, everything had gone well until I got that message.
How can I get around it. I have the .tar file saved on my hard drive, should I try restoring via ftp?
