For your info’ I switched to Sandbox mode but no improvement and below are recent error log entries:

The hosting company says:
“If your script attempts to make an HTTP connection to a URL on the same server then that will fail. This is because loopback connections like that are blocked on our servers because they can be exploited by attackers.”
But surely this connection is to PayPal.

Thanks for your reply.
This is a reseller hosting account with http://www.heartinternet.co.uk. Full support for CURL and PPExpress working on a dozen or more of my sites, so bit odd that PMP will not work.
