Just for more information:
When plugin is activated, work perfectly, but if you put your wordpress in maintenance mode, you can’t access to login page anymore, for example, I redirect my login page to https://tortuguita.pro/loginlogin with the plugin (you can try), but do not show the login form, if you try to access to https://tortuguita.pro/wp-login.php, it show a 404 no found. So as I said, to access to my wordpress admin, I must to rename the plugin folder, then access (https://tortuguita.pro/wp-login.php), after that, rename it again to original name folder and all is ok until need to login again.
Plugin version updated now to 1.5.4.2 but still with the same issue.
