About the difference between GA4 and UA. There are many elements that influence. If you have Google Signals activated, thresholds are applied, so you will lose information. The same with “Reporting Identity” GA4 uses “blended” by default. While UA uses “device-based”.
I solved the problem I had, in my case I didn’t have permissions to publish the Tag Manager container. From TagAssistant I could see the events but in GA4 they were not picked up. I comment it in case someone is in the same situation.
I’m the same, I selected that tag and ga4 doesn’t save the product names. I don’t know if it’s because of that checkbox or some other misconfiguration, did you solve it?
I’m going to try unchecking it and see what happens.

I have the answer. The problem is Elementor’s Hello theme
