Hello! Thanks for the quick reply.
When I disable it, the problem is solved. When I enable it, it comes back.
I think there may be an incompatibility with another plugin, but in a store that already has thousands of visits a day, it is difficult to deactivate all the plugins and go one by one checking which one is not compatible.
Any ideas on what other solution to try?
