The plugin hasn’t been tested on WordPress 3.3 yet, but I think it will work without problem.
May I know if you have enable the “Auto Wall Post” feature in your PagePressApp.com dashboard under “Advance Settings”?

The WordPress plugin do not has control panel and no configuration required.
To access the PagePress App control panel dashboard, go to http://pagepressapp.com/login
