In reply to: Gutenberg: Tags disappear on entryWell, I’m pretty sure since I’m not a programmer that there’s any way I can find a fix for this problem. My tags aren’t publishing either. Darn. Just when I was getting to enjoy using the blocks… I’m assuming that WordPress folks haven’t figured out a solution for this. Annoying.

In reply to: Images won't show up properly in visual editorI have this issue as well. I have just loaded a dozen images in a post. They show up as large thumbnails, fine. But when you click on them to open in full size, you get that really stupid, sophomoric message…. “This is somewhat embarrassing” etc etc.
So then I have to delete each one, which is tough since the last WP upgrade — since when you click on the image to delete, the ‘x’ no longer appears automatically in upper right without a lot of finagling. As soon as I reload the image, ta-dum, it opens in full-res fine.
I have tried all kinds of spacing in the text and ways to insert images, but no matter how I do it, it needs two insertions to find the full image.
Please don’t tell me to code something. I’m really old and I only speak English. And I’m in draft mode, otherwise I could show you what I mean. And there are 30 photos for this blog…. sigh.

In reply to: Photo formatting glitch – WP2011Steve – I corrected it each time it happened, changed the word. So I have no page to show you the thing happening.
But I just previewed a half-finished blog in which the issue appears and though it is conflated in the draft, it appears as two words in the preview. So maybe it’s not an issue after all. I apologize – it’s been driving me crazy, but perhaps the formatting takes care of itself and I never knew it in all the months of thinking up a new word longer than 2 letters!
