ok I resolve the problem but assigning the legal pages was not the problem… the problem is with this pages… NextScritps takes those legal pages even when they are not posted.
What I did was to change the nextscritps configuration instead of %EXCERPT% I changed it to %RAWEXCERPT% on every network.
This problem appear only with wp-insert plugin…
