Okay, it is now working correctly. Probably was a cache issue before. Thank you for your help with resolving this issue!
After adding the code, the menu no longer displays properly to be able to even access the form, but I was able to add name and phone number and email, and like before, the only thing that is visible is the phone number. Everything else is not readable as the background changes white and the text is white.
I am going to move the site into a testing environment to continue to work on this issue.
Yeah, I have been trying to cut and paste different css properties, but nothing I put in seems to change the output on the form. But anything that you could recommend would be greatly appreciated.
