I rolled back to WPRocket 3.11.5, and the issue has subsided. There is definitely a conflict specifically with WPRocket 3.12.
Aaaahhh, now we’re getting somewhere, I too have WP Rocket, and recently updated that plugin. Didn’t think that was the culprit. Good sleuthing.

Lately, I noticed I was unable to access the WooCommerce Orders and Settings pages. After troubleshooting, I noticed that when I deactivate the Flex Shipping pplugin, all my issues go away. Not sure if this has something to do with the latest WooCommerce update, but it is a problem.
