Hi all,
There is a workaround for ver 4.1.0, switch from HTML to plain text when configuring customer emails.
The issue with blank emails body also appear with default Woo theme Storefront.
Hope this helps to anybody.

no worries, in other words, this functionality should work ?
And please, could you be more specific where to look? I am guessing that won’t be in the normal settings.
