ive been having this issue for over 6 months!!!!
notified helpdesk by phone and ticket and they have absolutely no idea, and no intention to fix it !!!!!
Dont expect this to be resolved anytime soon guys, ive been waiting for months and months
hi mate, we had this issue to, did all the standard debugging… changed theme, removed all plugins etc and still no fix….
Tried it today on the offchance and its working as it should again ( although missing data from the time it was disabled)
ridiculous if you ask me, like business owners have time to be doing WCs job for them! Ive got back to the good old WORKING RELIABLE reports lol
i have the exact same issue, occured this morning after NO CHANGES to the site.
After deactivating all plugins, changing theme, rolling back woocommerce version i am at a loss..
