Sorry for the inconvenience. We had this issue in our older version of the plugin which we already fixed 2-3 months back. Can you please confirm whether you are using latest version of the LeadConnector plugin ?

Solution: You need to log off from the current agency (if you dont want the same). Once you open LeadConnector, Login using the agency’s credentials which you want to connect.
Please note here, even if your email ID is same, but password might be different. So please try to login using the correct combination.
