Thank you for the help, indeed if you install the piklist plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/piklist/) then you will be able to see the settings page.
I guess you should write to your plugin that piklist is necessary for the installation and use of your plugin. I am sure more will have faced the same issue (or maybe i didn’t see that it was mentioned somewhere).
