I have the same problem i.e “Remove Files From Server” option is enabled for the “WP Offload S3 Lite” plugin. So all images are there in S3 but not in the filesystem. I want to use “Bulk Optimization” to optimize all of them in one shot. So when I visit Bulk Optimization page, it shows “Your entire library is optimized!”. Maybe because images are not there on the local filesystem. So downloaded some images from S3 and put them on local filesystem with the exact filepath, but it still shows the same message. What am I doing wrong here?
